I was sick, not like small sick. I was very tired and scared inside. Many people told me: “You look fine.” But inside my body and my mind was not fine.

How My Sickness Started 🌀

My sickness did not come in one day. It come slowly, little by little. First I feel:

  • Always tired 😴
  • No energy in the morning
  • Head pain 🤕
  • Bad sleep 🌙
  • Stress and fear without reason 😟
  • Stomach problems
  • Heart beating fast sometimes 💓

I think maybe it is only stress. But weeks go… and I become worse.

What Doctors Told Me 🏥

I go to doctors and do tests. Many times they said:

Some medicine help a little, but some make me more tired. I feel lost and alone 😔.

One day I say: “I must save myself.” Doctors can help, yes, but I also must change my life.

What I Changed to Solve My Sickness ✅

1) I Fixed My Sleep 😴

I sleep same time every night. No phone before sleep 📵. Dark room, quiet room. Sleep is not luxury. Sleep is medicine.

2) I Changed My Food 🥗

Before I eat too much sugar and fast food. Then I change to better foods like eggs, fruits, vegetables, fish, and water 💧. Food is fuel. Bad fuel = bad body.

3) I Used Vitamins Carefully 💊

I learn many people have low vitamin D, magnesium, and vitamin B. I did not take everything. I take only what I need.

4) I Reduced Stress 🌿

I stop toxic people, too much news, and overworking. I start walking 🚶, breathing slowly, and writing feelings. Stress can destroy body silently.

I accept healing takes time. Bad days are normal. I’m not weak. I stop fighting my fear and I start listening to my body.

How Long It Took to Feel Better? ⏳

Healing was not fast. It takes months, not days. First I sleep better and panic less. Then energy come back. Now I feel alive again 🙏.
